Once you are released on
bond there is a lot of work that must be done...and it must be
done quickly!

The first thing you
need to do is find a lawyer to represent you. When
interviewing a lawyer, find out about his qualifications. Not

THE STATE IN WRITING THAT YOU WISH TO CHALLENGE THE REVOCATION OF
YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE WITHIN 15 DAYS. Your lawyer
will represent you in this action also. If the revocation is
not challenged within 15 days, the state will not afford you further
hearing prior to revoking your driving privileges.

privileges are revoked, you may qualify for a modified driver's
license. However, you must request such a license and you have
a limited amount of time to complete such a request.
